Bust is a copy of The Marathon Boy of Ephebe (see description from greekmusemcopies.com below). Bust measures approximately 11 3/4” tall (15” with base) and 8 1/4” wide. It is conserved in the National Archaeological Museum of Athens where it is dated to around 340-330 BC. The Museum suggests that the subject is the winner of an athletic competition.
