These are brand new and n o longer available from Dremel or Sears. Attaches to the motor and spins the sanding disc/belt (this is not the abrasive belt). You get (2) BELTS and (1) COPY of the original MANUAL with instructions on replacing the belt, cleaning and lubricating your machine. Get your sander up and running without settling for expensive not-quite-right sewing machine or projector parts or bound-to-fail o-rings. These are temperature rated.
