NOTE: This is an EMERGENCY ISSUE note - the print quality is poor due to the nature of the printing process used. This note is KM#80c - there is no embossing of the printing but the serial numbers are embossed. KM#80a & 80b have embossed printing of the centre of the notes. This issue has UV fluorescent threads.
