Description
Please refer to the item condition description. I am happy to answer any relevant questions. The serial for each note will be different NOTE: This is an EMERGENCY ISSUE note - the print quality is poor due to the nature of the printing process used. This note is KM#80a - there is embossing of the printing of the centre of the note, an embossed border and the Arabic numeral '5', showing twice under UV light (see photo) . P#80a has embossed printing at the centre of the note, an embossed border and has the Arabic numeral '5', showing twice under UV light (see photo) P#80b has embossed printing at the centre of the note, but no embossed border . P#80c has no embossing (other than serial number) but has UV fluorescent threads. Very poor print quality compared to notes from before 1990. From Wikipedia: Following the 1991 Gulf War, Iraq's currency was printed both locally and in China, using poor grade wood pulp paper (rather than cotton or linen ) and inferior quality lithography (some notes were reputedly printed on presses designed for printing newspapers). If you don't understand this about these notes, please don't buy. Multiple purchases : Please use "cart" or request a "combined invoice" to combine items before paying. Late delivery: Please allow enough time for items to arrive - Australia Post is not as good as they think they are. I have had items take 14 days to go 300 km and 4 days to go across town with a "Priority" sticker. Go figure. Anyway, before opening a "case", please email me and we'll see what we can sort out. A "case" always results in a "black mark" regardless of the resolution. International buyers: please note that in the last few weeks I have had a rash on 'non-deliveries' to European countries where the item has turned up after the estimated delivery time. I believe the issue is a mail handling fault leaving Australia or increased security delays within the postal system generally. Deliveries to destinations outside of Australia seem to be taking around 30 days at the moment instead of the previous 5 to 10 days. Please, try to wait a little longer for deliveries and do contact me before using the eBay system to lodge a complaint - all complaints are treated as the sellers fault and results in a black mark, no matter the settlement.
