20th Century Cast Stone Carved Greco Roman Bust Statue & Pedestal Vintage Neoclassical Statue and Pedestal Set This unique cast stone statuary will compliment many fine decor. This appears to be in the likeness of Julius Caesar; the powerful politician, army general, and emperor. Julius Caesar helped transform Rome into one of the most powerful empires in history. ~~Perfect decorative focal point for a garden or entry~ This 2 piece set consists of a large Bust that is approximately 20 inches at it's widest, is 23 1/2 inches tall and attaches to an Ionic Column Pedestal that stands 29 1/2 inches tall. This total height is approximately 53 inches. Bust attaches via a metal rod inserted into the pedestal for a secure fit. Please see all photographs and listing descriptions for an accurate view of this item. There is one very small chip in the bottom of the column(as seen in photo), but no breaks in the stone bust. There is a nice, but very clean aged patina to the finish that is commensurate with it's age. I tried to capture the beauty and essence of this extraordinary piece from many different angles.
